Your trust matters more than your data. This page explains, plainly, what we collect when you visit or buy from us, why, and what you can do about it. No fine-print games.

WHO WE ARE

WHAT WE COLLECT

When you buy something or create an account, you give us:
- Your name, email, shipping and billing address, and phone number (if provided).
- Payment details — handled by our payment processor, not stored by us (see below).
- The contents of your order.

When you join our email list or download a free guide:
- Your email address, and any name or details you choose to share.

When you simply browse the site, we (and our tools) automatically collect:
- Device and browser information, IP address, and pages you view.
- Cookies and similar technologies that help the store work and help us understand traffic. See Cookies below.

We don't collect anything we don't need, and we never ask for more than the work requires.

WHY WE COLLECT IT

- To fulfill your order — process payment, print and ship your deck, confirm your course seat, get you what you bought.
- To talk to you — order confirmations, shipping updates, and (only if you opt in) our newsletter and offers.
- To run and improve the store — understand what's working, fix what isn't, keep things secure.
- To meet legal and tax obligations.

If you opt into our emails, you can opt out anytime — every email has an unsubscribe link, and leaving is one click, no hard feelings.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that make the store run, and only as much as they need:
- Payments: Shopify Payments (Shop Pay and Apple Pay are available as faster checkout options).
- Store platform and hosting: Shopify, which powers this store and processes order data on our behalf.
- Email and marketing: Klaviyo.
- Printing and shipping: our print-on-demand fulfillment partner and USPS, who receive the details needed to make and deliver your order.
- Analytics and advertising: Google Analytics, and advertising or retargeting pixels such as Meta or TikTok, which help us understand traffic and measure our ads.
- Legal: when required by law, or to protect our rights and safety.

Each of these handles your data under its own privacy terms.

COOKIES

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the store working (like remembering your cart), to understand how the site is used, and to support advertising and retargeting. You can manage your choices through the cookie-consent banner on our site, and you can control or clear cookies in your browser settings — though some features may not work without them.

YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you,
- Correct or delete it,
- Opt out of marketing,
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires — order and tax records, for example, we're obligated to hold onto.

HOW WE PROTECT IT

We use industry-standard safeguards, and our store platform and payment processor are built to protect your data. No system online is perfectly secure, but we treat your information with care.

CHILDREN

This store is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a fresh date. Material changes we'll do our best to flag.
