It’s a free, two-minute quiz that names how you move when a conversation gets hard — the partner who softens and goes quiet, the one who comes in hot to defend the bond, or the one who stays present in the heat. Seven questions, one honest result, and a single practice to carry you back to each other.
How long does the couples communication quiz take?
About two minutes. Seven short questions, three answers each — you pick the one that sounds most like you when things heat up. There’s nothing to study, and the truest answer is simply the honest one. At the end you’ll see the pattern you move in, one practice that fits it, and a way to send the quiz to your partner and find out theirs. Most couples take it side by side and talk it over after.
What will I learn from my result?
You’ll learn the pattern you reach for when a conversation gets hard, named as a strength you already carry. Each result comes with one practice drawn from my couples work — a ritual you can run this week to move from heat back toward closeness. You’ll also see where your partner tends to land, which is often the real medicine: watching two different ways of loving find each other in the middle. It’s a doorway into a conversation between the two of you.
