A few questions

How did Lindsay choose these practitioners?

Every name on this page earned its place the same way — I’ve either worked with them directly, sat in circle with them, or had someone I deeply trust vouch for their work. This isn’t a paid listing or an algorithm-sorted directory; it’s built entirely on relationship and lived experience across years of practicing in Central Oregon. I keep it current as those relationships grow, removing what’s gone stale and adding who I meet next. If you’ve worked with someone here, you can trust the referral came from real experience, not a transaction.

How do I get added to this list?

This is a living list, not a finished one — it reflects who I personally know and trust today, not the full richness of Central Oregon’s wellness and creative community. If you’re a practitioner, farmer, or local business I haven’t met yet, or you know someone who belongs here, I’d love an introduction. Reach out through my contact page and tell me a little about the work — what you do, who you serve, and how you came to it. I read every note myself. A warm introduction from someone already on this list is always the fastest way in.

Who are trusted wellness practitioners in Central Oregon?

This page is my personal answer to that question — a curated, living directory of the practitioners, healers, farms, and local businesses across Central Oregon that I know first-hand and trust. It spans acupuncture and Chinese medicine, naturopathic and pelvic health, couples and grief work, breathwork and sound, birth and postpartum doulas, herbalism, women’s and men’s circles, dance and yoga, and the local farms and food businesses that feed our community. Everyone listed here is someone I’ve personally experienced or been referred to by someone I trust — not a paid directory, not an algorithm. If you’re looking for real, vetted care in Bend and the surrounding high desert, start here.

A Living List

This is a living list — a gathering of practitioners, organizations, and businesses I’ve personally experienced and trust. It doesn’t reflect the full richness of our vibrant community, and I always welcome new relationships and introductions. If you feel there’s someone or something that belongs here, please reach out and connect us.
